Although Europe suffered from poor snowfall during the 2007 winter season we are certain that this season we'll have some great snowfall and conditions will return to normal. This guarantee allows you to book with the confidence that you'll be able to ski or snowboard during your winter holiday.

* The 75% Money Back Snowsure Guarantee* (MBSG) is available on accommodation bookings made at the Ridge Hotel or Rhodos Hotel between 22nd Dec 2007 and 15th April 2008. MBSG is applicable if there is no skiing that can be done in the Portes du Soleil ski area throughout your stay as a result of lack of snow. It is not applicable if the lifts or runs are closed for any other reason e.g. excess snow or bad weather. MBSG is applicable on the accommodation cost but excludes extras such as lift passes, ski/snowboard hire and transfers. MBSG is not applicable on Self-Catered accommodation. To receive the MBSG the code 'MBSG' must be entered into your notes when booking - this must appear on your booking otherwise any claim will be invalid. To make a claim all you have to do is send a copy of your confirmation email along with a covering letter within 7 days of returning from your holiday to: The Ridge Hotel, 74110 Montriond, France. All bookings must be made direct online before the 30th November 2007. Subject to availability and change.
