Situated in the heart of Morzine just minutes from the transfer bus stop, this modern and spacious apartment is split over two levels. All rooms have balconies offering panoramic views of the town and the surrounding mountains. The first floor leads onto a hallway containing a utility cupboard with washing machine, space for coats, boots and a separate toilet. Beyond the hallway there is a comfortable open plan lounge/diner with a sofa, a sofa-bed, two armchairs and a large table that seats 8-10. The kitchen and one double bedroom are also located on this floor. Moving upstairs there are two twin rooms, together with two bathrooms, one containing a toilet and shower and the other a shower and bath. A ski cupboard and two covered car parking spaces are located in the basement of the building.
Shops, restaurants and the tourist office are only a stone’s throw away – the location couldn’t get any better. The apartment offers spectacular views of the Pleney telecabine, the valley up to Avoriaz, le Pont de Nyon and the central square that hosts many tourist events. The bus stop for the ski-shuttle is just outside the apartment and Le Pleney and Super Morzine telecabines are only a few minutes walk away.

When booking this property you can take advantage of all of our extra services and book these with us as well. All our prices are the same as what you would pay in-resort so avoid the hassle and book up now! In winter pre-book: Transfers, Ski Passes, Ski Hire and Skidooing. During Summer book: Transfers, Lift Passes, Mountain Bike Hire and Activities.
If you book our Airport Transfer service then we will make sure your bags are looked after if your flights do not tie in with the checkin and checkout times. We will also take you directly to your property so you won't be lugging your baggage through Morzine. Our Airport Transfer service is fully insured - make sure this is the case as if booking another transfer service as if they're not neither are you!
If you book our ski hire then we'll take you directly to our very own Ridge Sports Ski Shop and get you fitted out and then take you to your property! No hassles of finding a shop and having to walk back with your skis. If you also book your lift passes then they'll be waiting at the shop for you!
If you are unsure as to flight times, numbers of people, etc. then you can purchase these extras at a later date and add them to your suitcase.
