Terms And Conditions

1. User agreement between the user (“User”, “you”) and Morzinelets.com (“MorzineLets”, “we”, “us”). MorzineLets is the trading name of Morzinelets LLP Please read these terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions”) before using the Morzinelets.com website (“Site”). You consent to these Terms and Conditions when you use this Site, without qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use this Site in any way.

2. The information on this Site is directed solely at those who access this Site from the United Kingdom mainland. We are an English registered Company. Our business and the services we offer are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales. No warranties and/or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the compliance of the information shown on this Site, the services offered by or on behalf of us, any information relating to such services and our business in any respect with any laws of any other country which do not, in any event, affect or apply to the same.

3. Site User Obligations
You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation:
a. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account
b. You must be 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity.
c. You warrant that all information you provide about yourself or anyone else, a property, accommodation, holiday or travel arrangements shall be true and accurate.
d. The Site must not be used for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings.
e. The transmission of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political, or racist material or any material that is otherwise unlawful is expressly prohibited.
f. The Site and any content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed or reproduced in any way by you, except that one copy of the information contained within the Site may be made for personal, non-commercial use.
g. Where two or more people are included on the same booking the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to do so on the basis that they act as an agent for all members of the party and accepts these conditions on behalf of each member of the party.
h. Payment:
Payment is required by credit card, only, at the time of booking. Payment is charged in Euros only. MorzineLets.com will then produce written confirmation of the details regarding the booking by email.
The ‘Ridge Hotel’ may appear as the payment reference on your credit card statement.

j. Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your holiday after a booking has been made, you must advise MorzineLets.com immediately by email. The date that you effect your cancellation is the date that MorzineLets.com receives notification of cancellation. The following cancellation charges will apply:

Prior to 62 days before the arrival date the whole amount will be refunded.
Between 62 days and 31 days of departure, 50% of the holiday costs will be refunded.
There will be no refund less than 31 days before the booking start date.
k. Refunds:
Processing a refund can take up to twenty one working days. The credit card company may charge an administration fee. As exchange rates change daily there can be differences in the prices of refunds due to these fluctuations. MorzineLets.com will not be responsible for any differences.
l. Insurance:
The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc., since these are not covered by MorzineLets.com insurance. MorzineLets.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal or rented equipment or personal injury.

4. For persons who are resident in the United Kingdom or any other country of the European Union, the applicable booking and purchase conditions are those which appear on the relevant product pages and you must read these before confirming your booking or purchase. Residents of other countries must identify themselves as such at the time of booking or purchase and ascertain whether the booking or purchase will be accepted from their country of residence and the conditions applicable to their booking or purchase. All bookings and purchases are also subject to the general information contained in any location on Morzinelets.com website, any promotional or marketing material we produce or that may appear our current On-line brochure and product descriptions if applicable and we reserve the right to amend any of these from time to time without further reference to you.

5. Booking and purchase conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability to any person(s) who books and/or takes any of the properties or accommodation, holidays and/or travel arrangements advertised on this Site. Cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking or other purchase is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed. Cancellations are only accepted by email and only apply if you receive confirmation of the cancellation from us by return email.

6. Access to this Site is conditional on your agreement that all information contained in it and all matters which arise between you and us will be governed by English law. Access is further conditional on your agreement that any dispute or matter which arises between you and us will be dealt with exclusively by the Courts of England and Wales. MorzineLets reserves the right to deny access to the Site at any time without notice.

7. MorzineLets considers the property, accommodation, holiday or travel arrangements content is the sole responsibility of the property, accommodation, holiday or travel arrangements owner, their agents or respective vendor and as such we recommend that you make your own investigations as to the authenticity of the information supplied. We give no warranties, promises and/or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any of the information contained on this Site or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of any services offered by us or that we offer on behalf of others. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the use of any of the information or material contained in this Site and/or use of or access to any other information or material via web links from this site or any inability to access or use this Site. These exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and, except for information or material accessed via Sites or supplied by an identified Third Party, where consistent with our applicable booking conditions. If any of these exclusions, in whole or part, is found to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, that exclusion or part of the exclusion shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion(s) or part(s) of the exclusion(s) in question.

8. MorzineLets may change any aspect of the Site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, database, property, accommodation, travel arrangements, pricing or content. If at short notice a property or accommodation becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances then MorzineLets reserves the right to provide you with an alternative property or accommodation of a similar standard without further reference to you.

9. Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, we are entitled to the benefit of any applicable exclusions and/or limitations of liability permitted by the laws of any country found to be applicable to the information shown on this Site and/or any services offered by us or on our behalf.

10. The information and/or prices shown on this Site are updated from time to time and therefore may have changed by the time you come to book your property, accommodation, holiday or travel arrangements. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all such information and prices, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen property, accommodation, holiday or travel arrangements (including the price) at the time of booking.

11. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices displayed on this Site, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. In the event that an incorrect price has been entered in error, any booking made based on such incorrect price will not be valid. You will be advised of the mistake at the earliest opportunity and you will then have the option either to pay the correct price for the property, accommodation, holiday or travel arrangements or to cancel.

12. The prices and discounts shown on this site are applicable to Morzinelets.com and may vary from other vendors who may be promoting the same property, accommodation, holiday or travel arrangements. MorzineLets reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately.

13. SECURITY DEPOSIT - SELF-CATERED HOLIDAYS

13.1 Before the hire starts, we will require a deposit from you as security for the self-catered property and any related costs of 500 euros. This deposit will be made by a valid pre-authorisation by credit or debit card. You will be emailed prior to your arrival and you will be required to fill out a form online which will pre-authorise your credit or debit card. If no pre-authorisation is received then you will not be able to access your property.

13.2 We require you to leave your selected property or accommodation as you find it and therefore you are expected to leave the property clean and tidy. If the apartment needs more than an average clean after you leave then this cost will be paid for by you from the credit card details given as a security deposit.
You are liable for the cost of any breakages, damages or missing items on your departure. Any faults or damage must be reported immediately and we will endeavor to remedy them as soon as possible but we take no responsibility for any loss of service, amenity or enjoyment as a result of such fault or damage and we will commit to no timescale to such remedy.

13.3 Please ensure your occupation levels do not exceed the amount of people stated on your booking. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your full security deposit.



14. Tourist Tax:
The daily Tourist Tax is included in the cost of your stay unless otherwise stated.

15. Whilst MorzineLets endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information we provide, you are reminded that MorzineLets promotes property, accommodation, holiday and travel arrangements from owners, their agents and other vendors and as such will not be held responsible for any errors, omissions or false statements they have made.

16. The copyright in the material contained on this site belongs to its Licensors or us. If we are provided with content (including photographic material) to promote a property, accommodation, holiday or travel arrangement the provider warrants that they are the owner of such and in its provision gives MorzineLets permission to use the content and indemnifies us against any action brought by breach of copyright. The material may only be used for your own personal use for non-commercial purposes.

17. Please note that MorzineLets does not arrange or facilitate any travel other than that promoted within the website of Morzinelets.com. Airlines have their own rules and regulations. We cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with these regulations and we strongly recommend that you check these details with your airline in advance of travel. MorzineLets is under no obligation to change a booking arrangement or refund a payment as a result of your airline or your transport operator’s failure resulting in your inability to fulfil the booking you have made.

18. The Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not accept any liability in respect of your ability to access or use the site at any time or for any interruption in that access or use or for any failure to complete any transaction. We do not warrant that the Site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.

19. MorzineLets reserves the right to determine the final design layout of the Website, including the right to edit copy, or amend layouts or photographs supplied. MorzineLets also reserves the right to amend and edit copy entered into the online database by advertisers. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, or damage, resulting from the design or positioning of the properties, or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by you.

20. If we receive complaints from any number of users of this Site about a specific Property Page misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the Property Page without notice. If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, we reserve the right to remove the associated Property Page(s) from the Site. We reserve the right to remove any Property Page from the Site that we consider unsuitable. If advertisers wish to have their Property Page removed from the Website before the end of their subscription this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from you by email or using the 'contact us' page quoting your owner ID or home number and password. In all these events no refunds will be given and all outstanding fees will still be due.

21. We reserve the copyright and all proprietary rights in the Site and all content. The material contained within the Site is the property of Morzinelets.com or its affiliates unless identified as belonging to third parties. The name MorzineLets and Morzinelets.com and any other marks, logos and graphics of MorzineLets displayed on the Site are registered trademarks of MorzineLets or its affiliates. Other company and product or service names displayed on the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are not granted any right or license to use any trademarks.

22. Airport Transfers:

a. MorzineLets.com representatives reserve the right to refuse to transport anyone who is deemed to be under the influence of intoxicating substances and/or whose behaviour is deemed to pose a threat to other passengers, the driver and the vehicle.
b. Passengers are not allowed by law to take any alcoholic drinks into a vehicle with the purpose of consuming it whilst in the vehicle.
c. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
d. Flights will be monitored so that a flight departing late will be met by the designated driver.
e. The driver will remain in attendance at the designated airport until such time as the flight number has been removed from the arrivals screen. If no contact has been established at this time the driver will depart. It will be left to the driver’s discretion on how long he will wait for a late arrival as he will be guided by his following work load.
f. No refund can be given in the event that the client misses their flight.
g. If the passenger arrives and finds that the MorzineLets.com representative is not present, probably due to unforeseen weather conditions or delays, please contact 0033 689 038397.
h. The consumption of food is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
i. MorzineLets.com will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time to begin the period of hire and that it reaches its destination on time, and will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under French law. However, whilst every care is always taken, customers' property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance.
j. MorzineLets.com will endeavour to carry the passenger with the minimum discomfort and inconvenience to his/her destination shown on the confirmation document. However circumstances beyond our control may prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:
• accidents causing delays to the vehicle
• restricted vehicular access
• exceptional or severe weather conditions
• compliance with requests of the police
• deaths/ accidents on the road
• vandalism and terrorism
• unforeseen traffic delays
• industrial action by third parties
• problems caused by other customers
• the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official
• other circumstances affecting passenger safety
k. In certain circumstances passengers may be put together on transfers. In this case there will be no kind of refund given.

23. MorzineLets cannot accept liability for any unforeseen events including (but not limited to) war, threat of war, act of terrorism, civil strikes, fire, adverse weather conditions or acts of God. E&OE.
